The reproduction of the Singer handwheel is what you need to retrofit your Singer 66, 99, or other early Singer to allow for installation of a hand crank. It works with your original stop motion knob and clutch washer.
Be advised that with these handwheels on most Singer 99's the original bobbin winder will no longer reach the wheel and allow for winding a bobbin. Most users wind their bobbins on another similar machine or use one of the Sidewinder or other bobbin winding devices.
