Thread Jam Tool, 1934 and Later
When a tiny bit of thread gets stuck between the bobbin case base and the rotary hook it can jam your machine up tight! The motor will not turn the machine and you won't be able to turn it by hand either. If you remove the needle plate and the machine then turns, you know you have a classic thread jam!
This ingenious tool allows you clear a thread jam on your Featherweight or 301 without breaking off the position finger on the bobbin case base or damaging any other parts. It is one of those tools that you don't need until you NEED it!
Order one today to have on hand and to be the hero at your next sewing class or retreat when your neighbor jams up her machine!
This one fits the later 1934 221 and all the FWs that come after, plus the 301. If you have a 1933 221 or an early 1934, call the shop and we will be glad to order one in for you.
