Graduated Needle Plate, Singer 221

This reproduction Graduated Needle Plate replaces your original Singer 221 Featherweight needle plate, and has seam allowance markings for 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" seams. Fits and works on all models of Featherweights except the 222K (see note below).

Comes complete with the position block (the part underneath)

Notes: These needle plates are reproductions and are slightly thicker than the original plates. This results in them sitting slightly higher than the original plates.

Also due to a variation in some of the Featherweights, there can be some interferrence between the needle plate and the bed extension, causing the bed extension to catch on the needle plate and not raise up. You need to be careful after installing it the first time you raise your bed extension to make sure there is no contact. If this happens on your machine, we will accept the plate back for return if it is still in original condition, and if you return it prepaid.
