Class Policies

• Full class fee is required in advance to hold your place in class.
• If your class covers a lunch hour, bring a sack lunch or snacks if you wish to eat.
• Supply list will be emailed a week before the class - please check for required supplies.
• Refunds for one-day classes will be made until 14 days prior to class date.
• Refunds for two-day classes will be made up until 28 days prior to class date.
• Requests to reschedule will be granted inside of the refund dates will be granted on a space-availability basis, and IF we can fill your seat by the class date. 
• Please NO CHILDREN or non paying guests in classes.
• Please turn off your cell phones while in class as a courtesy to our teachers and other students.
• You may sign up for classes over the phone.  We accept most major credit cards.

 

 If a sewing machine is required - bring thread, bobbins, and material to sew.

Please know how to use your machine and make sure it is in good working condition, unless prior arrangements have been made to address an existing problem.

Shipping Policies

We strive for shipment within two business days of the order date, or sooner. Shipments may be delayed if product is out of stock but expected to arrive soon. Most shipments will be in a padded envelope and shipped by United States Post Office. 

Shipping rates are on a tiered system based on the amount of the order.
Domestic economy shipping rates to the lower 48 states are as follows:

Economy shipping rates to AK & HI are:

Shipping rates to most other countries are as follows. However, in cases of higher weights additional shipping costs may be necessary. In that case we will contact you and give you the option to pay the additional shipping, or cancel the order for a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will accept products back for a full refund if they are returned postpaid within 30 days of the purchase date, and if they arrive in new & saleable condition. If the product is not defective or the wrong item shipped, the refund will not include the original outbound shipping cost. If you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it for replacement, you will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
