ORDERING INFORMATION

Secure Shopping

Our online store is completely secure. All items shown on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Due to occasional bolt shortages, available quantity on yardage is not guaranteed.

To shop, choose your item and quantity and add it to your “shopping cart.” You are able to view your order at any time by clicking on the “Your Basket” button at the top right corner of each page.

Orders can be placed online through our secure shopping cart or by phone at 888-494-0291.

NOTE: When entering your credit card information, please make sure the address entered matches the address where your credit card bill is sent. Incorrect billing addresses may cause a DECLINED credit card payment transaction.

For your convenience, you can “Create an Account” the first time you make a purchase. Please remember to keep your user id and password in a safe place for future reference. Your billing and shipping information will be saved, but you will need to enter your credit card information each time you order.

Sales Tax

All purchases by Texas residents, or shipped to a Texas address are subject to Sales Tax of 8.25%.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay with a check or money order please call the shop and order over the phone. Shipment will be held for up to two weeks for payment to clear the bank.
 

Return Policy

Cut yardage, sale items and copyrighted materials (books, patterns, CD/DVDs, etc.) may NOT be returned. Block-of-the-Month and Quilt Club membership fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and cannot have an odor to them (smoke, perfume, freshener, etc.) If an item is returned in non-saleable condition or has any odor, a refund will not be given. A 25% restocking fee is charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item.

We have a 15-day return policy. Please call 1-888-494-0291 for a Return Authorization within 7 days from delivery date. Please do not return goods without receiving a return confirmation number from us. If an item is returned without prior authorization, a refund or exchange will not be issued. Items must be received by us within 7 business days of receiving your Return Authorization to be eligible for refund.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

Please do not return damaged items or items received in error without receiving a return confirmation number from us. If an item is returned without prior authorization, a refund or exchange will NOT be issued.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We know that you really would have liked to have your order yesterday, so we are committed to getting it to you just as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

U.S. Shipping charges are as follows (see RED note below):

NOTE: These charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the ORIGINAL (before sale or discount) price of the product purchased. If, at the time of shipping, we are able to ship your order in a smaller package, a refund will be given and you will receive notification.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship to our international customers. We use the following USPS packaging:
    USPS Flat Rate Envelope
    USPS Medium Flat Rate Box
    USPS Large Flat Rate Box

All orders are shipped the least expensive way possible. For example, if a customer orders 10 yards of fabric, in separate cuts, we would break it up and ship in two Flat Rate Envelopes.

International Orders exceeding $300.00 will receive a $16.00 credit towards total shipping cost.
